Welcome to Dynamic Body

The Dynamic Body studio is conveniently located in the South End of Burlington, VT on the bottom floor of the Innovation Center of Vermont. The studio is equipped with all Pilates apparatus - Reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrel - two aerial rig points, and endless small props! The studio is also home to multiple other independent practitioners.
