Tuesdays 11:00-11:15AM / Mixed Level Aerial Fabric & Pilates
Join Laura for a mixed level fabric class plus aerial specific conditioning using the Pilates apparatus! No Pilates experience required, but aerial experience required.

Wednesday 6:00-7:15PM / Intermediate Aerial Sling
For students with Intermediate Sling knowledge, you'll learn fun new sequences, interesting transitions, and build strength, coordination, and mobility. For mature teens and adults with sling experience.
