Wednesday 5:45-7:00PM / Intermediate Aerial Sling
For students with some aerial knowledge, you'll learn fun new sequences, interesting transitions, and build strength, coordination, and mobility. For mature teens and adults with sling experience.

Saturdays 9:30-11:15AM / Kinstretch® + Aerial Open Workout
Join Laura for 55 minutes of Kinstretch® mobility training followed by aerial open workout. All are welcome to attend Kinstretch®! Aerial open workout is open to those with pervious aerial experience who are working on their own skills. Laura is there for questions/safety but does not teach aerial skills.
